Our hand picked Organic cotton is grown without any chemicals and so is completely natural. This is good for our land, good for the farmers and good for our skin.

Our denim is made from pure natural ingredients. Unlike 99% of denim which use synthetic indigo Sharkah Chakra use only pure natural indigo which comes straight from the indigo plant you see in this picture.

Over one month our denim makers dip and sundry each hanks of white cotton up to 30 times into the natural indigo pots. This was how all fabric used to be dyed thousands of years ago. Reinvented for today this is what gives Sharkah Chakra denim its deep authentic blue tones...

Our natural indigo dyeing is environmentally friendly and caring to the land.

Woven by hand makes each and every pair of Sharkah Chakra jeans are a one off.

The cloth for each pair of jeans is woven over four hours by our weaving artisans in the weaving villages of India. Look closely to see the imperfections that are the markings of the fact that our denim is hand made.

Every owner of a pair of Sharkah Chakra jeans owns a piece of heritage, as a mark of the workmanship involved on the inside seam you will find the signature of the weave master who made your denim.

Our Sharkah Chakra selvedge is seen here in fabric form. This traditional red and white selvedge taping is hand woven into the ends of the cloth to protect it from fraying.

The selvedge taping on the inside seam is a mark that the jeans were cut and tailored from the same piece of denim.

Our denims makers gold rivet is the sharkah chakra trade mark. Made from 9 carat part recycled gold plating  the rivet is our symbol of all the hands who have made our denim.
