7. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from us we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have dispatched (the 'Dispatch Confirmation E-mail'). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. Premier Service - Royal Mail Signed For Delivery (delivery guaranteed next working day on orders received by 12:00 hrs (GMT) - £14.95 for postage & packaging

Country classifications are based on Royal Mail standards. When country is selected at the checkout delivery grouping will automatically be selected.
European - Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery (estimated delivery 3-5 working days -dependant on country) - £14.95 for postage and packaging.
International - Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery (estimated delivery 7-10 working days. - £19.95 for postage and packaging.

10. Return and refund Policy
We believe in providing you with a premium level of service. Therefore, if your size doesn't fit we offer a refund guarantee. From within the UK goods returned within 10 days from receipt of delivery will be refunded. From overseas goods received within 14 days within receipt of delivery will be refunded. Outside of the refund policy return window refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns from the UK
As part of our service in ensuring you get the right size a pre paid returns envelope is provided for you. We offer a 10 day from receipt of delivery of goods refund policy. The goods must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and unsoiled. If goods are received within10 days a refund for the item purchased will be given. The refund will not include original cost of postage and packaging.
Overseas
If you are returning your parcel from overseas we offer a full refund for goods returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please ensure that you pay the return postage , mark your parcel clearly with 'RETURNED GOODS' and send to: Sharkah Chakra, Returns department, Channing House, Eagle Way, Sowton, Exeter, Devon, United Kingdom EX2 7HYPO Box 2773. Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed before posting. The goods must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and unsoiled. If goods are received within10 days a refund for the item purchased will be given. The refund will not include original cost of postage and packaging.
NB: Please note - we cannot accept returns sent by courier
11. Customs and import duties.
If you live outside the EU, please be aware that you may be charged local customs or import duties when the package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges so unfortunately can not predict what these will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.sharkahchakra.com, the customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared.
